About this Event
We are thrilled to announce a truly rare opportunity for Central Oregon’s banking community. Nationally recognized banking executive, board director, professor, and author Roger Busse will be traveling to our region to deliver an exclusive one‑day credit course based on his book The Essentials of Commercial Banking and Lending.
This immersive session will center on a real‑world case study of a closely held wood manufacturer facing financial stress, with a strong focus on FCC and UCA cash‑flow analysis. Together, you’ll dissect management’s original plan, understand why it missed the mark, and evaluate whether their revised strategy can turn the business around—using the tools and insights taught in class.
Participants will also receive access to download The Essentials of Commercial Banking and Lending ahead of the event.
A full breakfast and lunch are included, with dedicated time for networking at the end of the day.
