Persian herb, chickpea and kale stew with cumin and coriander flatbread
Traditional tomato and pepper Shakshuka with chorizo tofu crumbles
Spinach, lemon and herb feta spanakopita with Braim (Greek roasted vegetables with oregano and basil)
Tofu katsu curry with sticky rice and quick pickled radish
