Essential Oils for Women
Are you a woman navigating hormonal changes? Before or after pregnancy, experiencing painful or irregular periods, or moving through menopause?
Do you already have essential oils at home but feel unsure how to use them?
Or are you completely new to essential oils and would like to learn where to start?
If so, this workshop is for you.
My name is Ruth, and I have many years of experience using essential oils across different areas of my work. As a doula and facilitator of circles for women and girls, I support women in becoming more present and connected with their bodies.
In this workshop you will learn:
- The differences between essential oils and carrier oils
- How to safely measure and blend oils
- How to create your own blends for specific needs
- Which oils work well together to create effective combinations
You will leave with the knowledge to create blends that can support hormonal balance, pain, sleep, relaxation, and emotional or physical rejuvenation.
