Join us for a deeply nourishing workshop where we will use use essential oils, breathwork and yoga to honour and support our mind, body & spirit during Kapha season. At this time we can feel our energy being a little slower, and we can feel a heaviness and stagnation.
This workshop will gentle counter balance those qualities by inviting movement, warth and lightness to the body and mind, supported by oils used for cleansing, and invigorating the soul🌿
In this session you’ll experience:
🌸 An introduction to essential oils – what they are, how they work, and how they can support us physically, mentally and spiritually, and safe ways to use them in everyday life
🧘♀️ Sammy-Jo will guide you through a yoga & breathwork session, carefully paired with essential oils to support your circulation, open the lungs, and awaken fresh energy
