We will learn the basics of essential oils, leaning into the theme of the spring season. I can't wait to have some girl talk, snacks, and drinks (feel free to bring your own). We will provide snacks.In this first class, we will dabble a bit in aromatherapy and a bit in skincare and self-care. You will take home both a travel roller oil; for on-the-go convenience, and a relaxing detox bath soak that we make in class.
