Come home to your body.
This beginner-friendly Ashtanga yoga class is created with women of color in mind—those of us carrying the weight of the world and finally ready to lay it down.

We’ll start with 45 minutes of intentional movement through the Ashtanga sequence, followed by a 15-minute guided meditation to center your spirit and calm your nervous system. Afterward, you’re invited to stay for an optional 30-minute sister circle—a space to decompress, share, and reconnect with yourself and each other.

This is more than yoga. It’s a practice of presence, softness, and sacred release.
No experience needed. Just bring your breath, your mat—and your whole self.
