Espresso Workshop at Joe Coffee Company

Attendees will exerience;

• A lesson on espresso extraction concepts
• An overview of an espresso machine & its parts & vocabulary
• Best practices of using an espresso machine
• How to prep an espresso bed
• How to measure input & output with scales
• Taste an under-extractied, over-extracted, and balanced espresso shot
• Practice pulling shots on a commercial espresso machine

Our Park Ave Lab is located at 443 Park Ave South on the 10th floor, suite 1000. To access the building, please ring the intercom labeled "Joe Coffee Company" to the right of the main doors. The teacher will buzz you in and you can make your way to floor 10. As soon as you exit the elevator you will see Joe Coffee Company HQ straight ahead!
