Profits from ticket sales will go to My Lovely Horse Rescue, because we love the work they do and want to help 🐴✨

Dancespace will be getting a shout-out on Alive and Kicking (Newstalk), Sunday morning, 22nd March.

Dancing isn’t just fun — it’s genuinely good for you.

Music and movement together help release endorphins and dopamine, natural chemicals that boost mood and reduce stress. Moving in rhythm with others can also increase feelings of connection and belonging.

Coffee and cake will be served upstairs — we keep the dancefloor for dancing.
