If you're looking to control espresso variables at home, this class is for you! You don't have to have an espresso machine at home to attend. Just come get hyped up on espresso then go cause some chaos.
We'll cover brew ratios, grind size adjustments, and how to evaluate taste in a variety of roast profiles. We'll get a little nerdy, definitely be properly caffeinated, and most importantly- have a damn fun time. Join us!
