Esperance of Adria invites members and visitors alike to gather for our Crown War, a full weekend of camping, war scenarios, tournaments, and fellowship.🏕️ Camping Event
This is a full camping weekend. Participants are welcome to arrive, set camp, and settle in as the war unfolds.
🗓️ Schedule Overview
Friday
• Afternoon Check In
Arrival and site setup. The evening is open for establishing camp, reconnecting with friends, and preparing for the weekend ahead.
Saturday War Day
• War Scenarios throughout the day for:
• ⚔️ Combat
• 🏹 Archery
• 🎨 Arts & Sciences
• Scenarios will focus on teamwork, strategy, creativity, and broad participation across all pillars.
• Special Evening Event
Saturday night will feature a dedicated gathering announcing the results of the war, recognizing contributions across the field, range, and arts tables.
Sunday Tournament Day
• Crown War Tournaments for:
• ⚔️ Combat
• 🏹 Archery
• Arts & Sciences Note:
Arts & Sciences tournaments and judging originally planned for Sunday will be postponed in order to align with Esperance’s quarterly Art Days, where all Arts & Sciences activities are concentrated into one dedicated day per quarter.
Monday
• Morning Check Out
Break camp and farewells as we close out the weekend.
Whether you come to fight, shoot, create, assist, or simply bear witness, all hands are welcome. Esperance’s Crown War is built on shared effort, good spirit, and the joy of gathering together in play.
