About this Event

Especially Needed invites your organization to join us for our 14th Annual Egg Hunt and Resource Fair. In the past, just under 400 families with special needs have attended our events, participated in our Spring and Fall Carnivals and obtained helpful information at our Resource Fairs. Vendors that have attended our Resource Fairs have been amazed at how they were able to reach more families in 2 hour at our event, than at other fairs they've attended. SO DON’T MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY.

This event will be held on Saturday March 28th, 2026, from 2:00pm - 4:00pm at MIRACLE LEAGUE FIELD at Harold Bacchus Community Park, 13995 Main St, Frisco, TX.

General vendor booths are $125 (plus card processing fee),
Nonprofit booths are $50 (plus card processing fee) - nonprofit status will be confirmed.

Booths are available to businesses that offer a product or service that benefits individuals with special needs. We're asking all booth vendors to offer games, giveaways or toys you think the families and children would enjoy. You will need to bring your own table and chair(s) for this event. We will contact you to confirm what game, giveaway or toy you plan to offer. Please plan to arrive 1hr before the event starts and all set-up needs to be complete 30 minutes before the event starts. Please reserve your booth no later than Thursday March 26th. If you require specific set-up accommodations, please document that in your reservation.
