About this Event
Calling all ESP Alumni! Whether you worked full-time, part-time, as a summer counselor, or as a volunteer, we want to celebrate all the magic YOU have made over the past 40 years for ESP Participants, Families, and Friends.
When: July 9-11, 2025
Where: Athens/Watkinsville, GA
What's Included in the Ticket Price?
Access to several events, a welcome bag with a t-shirt, and a camp lanyard for your guests!
What are the events happening?
July 9 - Optional welcome reception in the evening
July 10 - Morning: Friend Friday at ESP, complete with Welcome Wagon and Flag and activities, and then an Alumni Celebration Dinner that evening
July 11 - ESP Prom
There will be other fun activities and options to volunteer throughout the weekend to join as you'd like (see agenda below)
Other things to note:
This is a FAMILY-FRIENDLY event!
We have hotel blocks you can utilize.
$40 per person or $100 for your family (up to 4. Includes for 2 adults and 2 kids, or 1 adult and 3 kids)

Info: Join us for a welcome reception if you're arriving on Thursday evening!
Friday

Friend Friday
Info: Join us at the ESP Building at 189 VFW Drive in Watkinsville for a fun Summer Camp morning, complete with Welcome Wagon, Flag, and activites!

Optional - Volunteer at Camp Activities
Info: Stay for a day of volunteering - helping facilitate camp activities, grill hot dogs and hamburgers for lunch, and hang out around ESP to see some old ESP friends!

Alumni Reception
Info: Join us for an Alumni Reception, complete with family friendly games, music, and dinner provided. This evening will be filled with so many memories and catching up with people you may not have seen in a while!
