Hope everyone's digging and dividing is going better than mine!
The November ESDA meeting will be Thursday, November 6. Room is available at 5:30 for socializing, with the meeting starting at 6:00. The School has requested we meet in the same room as the October meeting. For those not in attendance, this would be the NORTH hallway entrance (opposite of usual), 2nd room on the left. This is an important meeting, so hopefully we have a great turnout!!
First order of business is club board of director elections or confirmations. As of last meeting, proposed Board consists of:
President: Wayne Lobaugh
VP: Karen Sanchez
Treasurer: Dan Pearson
Recording Secretary: Arlene Reynolds
Trustees: John Ensminger, Dina Wild, Rachel Floyd
ADS Rep: Karen Sanchez
Federation Rep: Dina Wild
We will either confirm this Board or if there are objections or other nominations, voting as necessary. We will also discuss 2026 Membership renewals. I've attached the new form to this e-mail. If you can print it, fill it and return, it will make life easier. I will bring print copies as well. MOST importantly, it's the annual CLUMP AUCTION!! We can't have an auction without donations to sell, so PLEASE bring any clean, dry clumps you can spare. Doesn't matter i f they are show varieties or cut flower varieties! Please have them labeled with Variety name and description. If you have a picture, all the better, although we can try to pull up pictures online. Payment for clump winnings as well as membership dues are payable by cash, check or credit card.
