This presentation will provide a comprehensive look at how Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) and Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) facilitate large-scale infrastructure modernization. Attendees will learn how ESCOs act as end-to-end partners to design and implement efficiency projects with little to no upfront capital costs by leveraging future energy savings to fund current upgrades. The presentation details a variety of technical improvements, ranging from LED lighting and HVAC retrofits to building automation systems and renewable energy installations. The session also examines how this model can benefit diverse facilities, including schools, hospitals, municipal buildings, and industrial plants.
