Sensual Technique and fundamentals
Expand your current understanding of bachata sensual and dive deep with us into the fundamentals of bachata sensual. Improve your understanding of weight shifting, connection and smooth leading and following for a more enjoyable dance experience!
First 2 hours will be focused on perfecting several sensual moves and understanding how to execute each of them correctly. We will work solo and in couples to achieve everyone’s understanding of the moves.
Level : Intermediate (need to be comfortable with all basics in Bachata)
🕝15:00 - 15:30 Break (Fika)
🕑15:30-16:30 Connection & Flow
Last hour will be focused on momentum, flow and connection. We will tie all the moves from the first workshop and execute a smooth transition between the moves.
