Soften (aka, Defense Against the Dark Arts):

Digital media exploits us in ways that ruin our attention, our sleep and physical health, and our wallets. Plus, if we're not trained to recognize and defend against them, manipulative design and messaging warp our behaviors, emotions, thoughts, and even deeply held beliefs, contributing to personal and societal decay.

✅ In this session, you'll learn how to protect yourself from those Dark Arts. You'll practice recognizing, avoiding, and counteracting the negative effects of digital exploitation so that you and your loved onces can feel totally in control and uplifted by digital media rather than brought down and degraded.
