Guglielmo Castelli (geb. 1987, Turin) präsentiert neue und aktuelle Gemälde und Skulpturen aus geschnittenem Papier. Castelli, der eine Ausbildung in Theaterbühnenbild absolviert hat, hat eine unverwechselbare Ikonografie entwickelt, die sich auf die Geschichte der Malerei, Architektur und Literatur stützt. Seine nächtlichen, traumartigen Leinwände sind voller psychologischer Dramatik. Die Ausstellung wird in Zusammenarbeit mit Castello di Rivoli Museo d‘Arte Contemporanea, Rivoli-Turin organisiert.

Guglielmo Castelli (b. 1987, Turin) will present new and recent paintings and cut paper sculpture. Trained in theatrical scenography, Castelli has developed a distinctive iconography that draws upon the history of painting, architecture and literature. His nocturnal, dream-like canvases are charged with psychological drama. The exhibition is organised in collaboration with Castello di Rivoli Museo d‘Arte Contemporanea, Rivoli-Turin.
