Join us for the Erstwilder Swap/Sell Meet at the Uncommon Collective Store! Bring your favorite Erstwilder pieces to swap or sell with fellow collectors. It's the perfect opportunity to find new treasures for your collection or pass on pieces you're ready to part with. Whether you're a seasoned collector or just starting out, this event is a must-attend for all Erstwilder enthusiasts. Don't miss out on this chance to connect with like-minded fans and add some unique pieces to add to your collection!
Event Details:
Free Ticketed Event: Due to space limitations, tickets are required to meet capacity restrictions.
Capacity:
25 participants per session
10 spectator tickets per session
Session Times:
Session 1: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Ground Rules:
- Erstwilder Only: This event is exclusively for Erstwilder brooches.
- Item Limit: Each participant may bring up to 20 pieces to swap or sell.
- Set Your Own Prices: You have the freedom to set your own prices for items, and you can choose whether you’re open to swapping, selling, or both.
- Mature Behaviour Expected: This is a relaxed, enjoyable event for adults. Please be respectful of others and their items.
- Don't Touch What’s Not Yours: Please don’t touch items unless they belong to you or you’ve been given permission.
- One Hour Sessions: Each session lasts at least 1 hour minimum, so come prepared to swap or sell within this time frame.
- Payment Options: We recommend cash, PayPal, or PayID for payment. It’s at your discretion which payment method you use, but please note that change of mind is not acceptable once money has exchanged hands.

- Janine is hosting, supervising, and overseeing the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Uncommon Collective holds appropriate insurance for the premises and ensures a safe space for all participants.
- Erstwilder has no affiliation with this event—it’s just an opportunity for brooch lovers to gather in person and share their collections outside the virtual world!
- You are responsible for your own belongings and valuables.
Location & Amenities:
- Uncommon Collective Store is located on Level 3 of Castle Towers Shopping Centre, next to Kathmandu, at the top of the escalators.
- Amenities: Public amenities are less than 20 meters away, making it convenient and accessible for all attendees.
- Transportation & Parking: The location is just a 3-minute walk from the metro station. Castle Towers offers endless car parks for those driving.
- Food & Shopping: After the event, you can grab lunch and explore the food courts and shopping options within the centre. It’s a great opportunity to continue the conversation with fellow broochies or relax and shop!
How to Register:
- Free Tickets are required to attend, as this event has a limited capacity.
- Ticket Options:
- Participant Ticket: For those who wish to swap or sell brooches, choose your preferred session as a seller
- Spectator Ticket: For those who prefer to watch and mingle, select a spectator ticket for the session of your choice. You still have the oppturnity to buy pieces, BUT not sell any of your own.

- Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may miss out on time to swap or sell.
- First come, first served: Tickets are limited, so make sure to secure your spot early!
