Artforum Bratislava invites you to an evening celebrating literature, visual art, and creative world‑building. Author Erik Lenhart will present his award‑winning space opera Daughters of the Empire, a sweeping story that blends political intrigue, mythology, transhumanism, and large‑scale interstellar conflict.
The event also features a vernissage of Maiko Lenhart’s original illustrations created for the novel—offering a rare behind‑the‑scenes look at the artistic process that shaped the book’s rich visual identity.
The evening will be hosted by former Minister Pavol Demeš, who will guide a conversation on storytelling, diplomacy, inspiration, and the creative collaboration between the author and illustrator.
