About:
Grammy-winning singer, songwriter and producer Eric Bellinger has built one of the most respected careers in R&B by blending timeless soul with forward-thinking innovation. With over 1.5 billion streams worldwide and hits like “Valet” featuring Fetty Wap & 2 Chainz, “G.O.A.T” featuring Wale and “Type a Way” featuring Chris Brown, “Drive By,” “Focused on You” featuring 2Chainz and his breakout hit “I Don’t Want Her” featuring Problem, Bellinger stands as both an architect of modern R&B and a trailblazing artist in his own right.
Born and raised in Compton, CA, Bellinger grew up surrounded by music. As the grandson of Jackson 5 songwriter Bobby Day (“Rockin’ Robin”), he inherited a deep sense of melody and storytelling. After honing his craft in local choirs and groups, he broke into the industry as a songwriter, penning hits for Usher, Chris Brown, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Trey Songz and more. His work on Chris Brown’s F.A.M.E. earned him his first Grammy Award in 2012, cementing his reputation as a go-to writer with an unmatched ear for hooks.
As a solo artist, Bellinger has released a steady stream of projects that showcase his versatility and honesty, including The Rebirth (2014), Cuffing Season (2015), Eazy Call (2018), the Eric B for President series and 1-800-HIT-EAZY with Hitmaka (2021). In 2022, he earned his first Grammy nomination as an artist for New Light (2021) in the Progressive R&B Album category.
His latest creative chapter includes the two-part album cycle It’ll All Make Sense. The journey began with It’ll All Make Sense Later (2024), recorded during a month-long stay in Cape Town, South Africa, where Bellinger immersed himself in Afrobeats and Amapiano while collaborating with African
artists, producers and songwriters. The follow-up, It All Makes Sense (2025), expands that vision even further, reflecting his belief that R&B is a global sound rooted in authenticity and innovation.
Beyond the studio, Bellinger is a champion for mental health awareness, Black artistry and community development. Earlier this year, he earned the Global Icon Award presented by his hometown at Compton Fest. He has performed at major festivals such as One Musicfest and R&B Only Fest and recently completed his global “Around The World Tour” in support of his latest albums.
He is also the founder of All Wins, his independent label and movement dedicated to empowering artists and celebrating every milestone of success. “It’s been a long time coming—so much blood, sweat, and tears to get here, and we’re still just getting started,” Bellinger says. “There’s been a void in artist development, and I’m dedicating my time and energy to bringing that back. We’re here to build the kind of foundation that made the music industry great in the first place.”
With Grammy recognition, platinum-selling records, and a discography that continues to grow in both artistry and influence, Eric Bellinger has solidified himself as one of R&B’s most dynamic voices and enduring storytellers.
