Eric Andersen, a cornerstone of the 1960s Village folk explosion, returns with Dance of Love and Death — his first full studio album of new original songs in over 20 years. Over an extraordinary career spanning more than 30 albums, Andersen has written classics covered by Bob Dylan, Judy Collins, Linda Ronstadt, and Peter, Paul & Mary, and co-written with Lou Reed, Townes Van Zandt, Rick Danko, and Bob Weir.
Joined by guitarist Steve Addabbo, Andersen will perform selections from the new record alongside songs from across his remarkable catalog. A singer and songwriter of rare depth and elegance, he remains what The New York Times called “a singer and songwriter of the first rank” — an American master still evolving.

Jon Pousette-Dart first rose to prominence in the 1970s with the Pousette-Dart Band, whose radio favorites like “Amnesia,” “County Line,” and “Fall on Me” became touchstones of the era’s roots-driven singer-songwriter sound. A longtime favorite of East Coast audiences, his music has always blended thoughtful songwriting with a spirit of musical exploration.
Drawing from the traditions of contemporary folk, Americana, country, and R&B, Pousette-Dart’s songs combine rich storytelling, acoustic warmth, and soaring melodies that feel both reflective and uplifting. More than four decades into his career, his work remains as inspired as ever — grounded in the roots that first defined his sound while continuing to reveal new depth and dimension with every performance.
