Executive Sponsors get the precise knowledge they need to perform this unfamiliar and critical role confidently. Participants leave with a personal game plan and an ongoing support process.

Developed in partnership with the American Confidence Institute and endorsed by top management, coaching and HR authorities, this session will use brain science to inspire and support others by using coaching techniques to create psychological safety and a sense of belonging.

Most courses are offered twice to accommodate different time zones. Prices vary depending on the course, and ELA members get 20% off their entire registration.
