Join us for a delicious culinary experience crafted by Chef Kaylin Meausa, a talented student at the Academy of Hospitality and Tourism. Through her culinary creations, she aims to share her culture and story, blending tradition with innovation, and highlighting the power of food in connecting with one’s heritage.
🍽 About the Chef:
Kaylin is a 16-year-old high school student and class President of the Academy of Hospitality and Tourism, navigating her journey of cultural discovery through her Caribbean heritage. Born in America, she felt disconnected from her roots, but food became her bridge to that heritage. Growing up with two brothers, Kaylin embraced her uniqueness by adding her own twist to traditional recipes.

- Appetizer: Swiss Chard Chips with Garlic Aioli
- Entrée: Island Poké bowl
- Dessert:Traditional Caribbean Cheesecake
- Beverage: Sorrel Punch topped with Soursop Sorbet
