In this 2 hour workshop i will show you how to not only find your core but how to engage it using the principles of pilates.
This workshop will introduce you ti the wonderful practice of pilates and show you how it can enhance not only your riding but help you move better and feel better. Develop core stability and balance, align your posture and improve hip and shoulder mobility.
The pilates session will be approximately 50 minutes then we will end with breathwork and relaxation.
