When paired with ease, equanimity is a strength that allows us to respond to life with wisdom rather than reacting from habit.Throughout this workshop, we will investigate how clinging to pleasant experiences and pushing away unpleasant ones creates suffering and tension in body and mind. Through various guided meditation techniques, you will learn to recognize these patterns and develop the capacity to meet whatever arises with greater acceptance and less resistance. You will leave with a better understanding of how equanimity is not something we force, but rather a natural quality that emerges when we stop fighting with reality. This workshop is open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Please come prepared with curiosity and a willingness to explore your inner landscape with kindness.
