About this Event
Join us for breakfast to discuss pay equity and its impact on workforce growth and development. A training from the Pennsylvania Coalititon Against Domestic Violence will explore pay disparities and offer practical, no-cost strategies employers can use to advance equity in their workplaces, followed by a panel of local leaders and experts who will discuss local data, policy developments, and real-world applications and impact of pay equity strategies.
The program will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m.
General admission is $10.00 and 50% of ticket sales are donated to the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County. Additional donations are greatly appreciated.
