About this Event
We know that people with epilepsy still struggle to find, and stay in work. People with epilepsy have one of the lowest rates of employment among disabled people. Just over a third (42%) of people who identified epilepsy as their “main” health condition are in employment, according to figures from the Office for National Statistics.
Our Epilepsy and Employment virtual talk and support group is here to to help people with epilepsy to find, and stay in, work. Come along to talk, listen and share experiences with people affected by epilepsy.
It is free to join, just click the orange ‘Get tickets’ button.
“I didn’t know what to expect… but I am so glad I joined, I felt more positive at the end of the meeting and definitely got a lot of information which will be very useful.”
"The group helped me to regain my confidence, accept my epilepsy and understand it"
