About this Event
It’s time to get out in the Hill Country, eat great food, drink beer, play games, make new friends, and stay up late with EPIC! This members-only overnight adventure includes exclusive access to Cherry Springs Ranch, a beautiful, protected property in the Texas Hill Country. Saturday will be spent exploring Cherry Springs Ranch and setting up camp. Sunday, we’ll explore a one-of-a-kind cave at nearby Spicewood Ranch.
What’s Included:
- Access to two one-of-a-kind Hill Country properties
- A delicious dinner Saturday night and breakfast Sunday morning
- Beer, coffee and light snacks
- Guided Tour of Cherry Springs Ranch (Saturday, April 25)
- Guided Cave Tour at Spicewood Ranch (Sunday, April 26)
- We'll have a portable toilet & handwashing station for the weekend
What you’ll bring:
- Camping supplies (tent, sleeping bag, camp chair, pillow, clothes & personal items, etc.)
- Flashlight or headlamp
- At least 2 gallons of water & a water bottle
- Any additional beverages or snacks you may want
- A mug or cup, plate, utensils

About Cherry Springs Ranch: Cherry Springs Ranch, once operated by famous Texan folklorist J. Frank Dobie, is an approximately 1040-acre working ranch located in the Texas Hill Country. The ranch is primarily used for wildlife management and contains many interesting geological features including dinosaur tracks and a beautiful waterfall. The pending conservation easement on Cherry Springs Ranch will permanently ensure that its water, wildlife, scenic views, and other resources remain intact and healthy for the benefit of millions of Texans forever.
