About this Event
Join us for an intimate coffee tasting and cupping experience focused on how coffee processing shapes flavour from crop to cup.
Together, we’ll explore the major coffee processing methods — washed, honey, and natural — by tasting each side by side and learning how they influence aroma, sweetness, acidity, body, and overall cup profile. As a bonus, we’ll also include an experimental process coffee to show how modern fermentation and processing techniques can create more unique and expressive flavours.
This guided session will walk you through what happens after coffee cherries are harvested, why processing matters, and how those choices translate into the flavours we experience in the final brew.
Designed for anyone curious about specialty coffee, whether you’re new to cupping or already deep in the rabbit hole. Expect an approachable, educational, and sensory-focused experience built around tasting, conversation, and a deeper appreciation for the journey behind each coffee.
