EnZone Experience games! Challenge yourself with a great community! Come and join us for an afternoon of fitness and fun!
For those that attended past events we keep it engaging, inclusive and sweaty! There will be challenges on the field this time around so be ready to compete! If you want to join in on a few activities and cheer on your workout crew you can do that too!
All fitness levels are well welcome to take part in challenges, endurance and group showdowns!
We'll have a live DJ setting the vibe and great coaches bringing the energy for the entire afternoon! Stay tuned for our coaches lineup!
New for 2026 -
In collaboration the Hamilton Tiger-Cats we are including a ticket to Sat Aug 15th game at 7 pm! Join the community away from the indoor work outs and gym to enjoy a summer night out together.
The team from lululemon will also have giveaways for the crew!
Of course there will be more giveaways from some of our local vendors.
