Environmental Law and Climate Change Seminar
Climate change and the legal response to same, is one of the most pressing and difficult issues in contemporary society. This free event will bring together all of those interested in the subject across the legal profession and academe to discuss how legal remedies can be developed. The seminar will be led by Dr Thomas Muinzer of the University of Aberdeen and chaired by Mark Lazarowicz, advocate. It will be of interest to law students, trainees, solicitors, advocates and academics with an interest in the subject area. The event is only possible due to the generous support of the Scottish Climate Emergency Legal Network by the Clark Foundation for Legal Education and Terra Firma Chambers.
The event qualfies as CPD.
