Susan Radzyminski - Susan Radzyminski, a seasoned marketing professional with more than three decades of experience, has successfully led marketing strategies for professional services firms and financial institutions, including EYP Architecture & Engineering and KeyBank. Currently serving as CMO at BST & Co., Susan leads marketing and communications, playing a key role in the firm's senior leadership. Additionally, she heads CMO for Hire, the strategic marketing practice within BST’s outsourcing division. Susan is an active community member, contributing to various boards and mentoring initiatives, including the Upstate New York Chapter of the MS Society. She received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Miami, FL.
Paul Hook - As a marketing professional with more than 35 years of experience, Paul Hook knows how to move business forward. Having worked at multiple agencies—and running his own—he understands the importance of solid strategy, smart creative, and thorough measurement... and delivers all three.
Kelly Plunkett, MBA - Kelly Plunkett is a marketing and morporate communications professional with over 20 years' experience. Her current role is senior global marketing manager at Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis (MD&A) for over ten years, where she has played a pivotal role in elevating the company's global presence and enhancing brand recognition. She received a Master of Business Administration with a Marketing Elective Track from the State University of New York at Albany and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, along with a Certificate in Computer Graphics from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She was a board member of the New York Capital Region American Marketing Association & Albany Ad Club & member of Junior League of Albany chapter.
Michael Roach - Michael Roach is an American Marketing Association (AMA) member and Professional Certified Marketer (PCM). In addition to running his own creative/marketing firm, Michael Roach Creative, he is a past president of the AMA New York Capital Region chapter. Michael thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and enjoys speaking with audiences about marketing, design, business, and technology.

Denise Horan is the founder and principal of Integrated Management & Sales Consulting, which provides solutions to help organizations grow revenues, find new marketing opportunities, and develop effective sales and management leaders. Denise spends her time coaching entrepreneurs, training sales leaders, and teaching business development skills to attorneys and other non-sales professionals.
Most recently, she has launched her first book, Stories From The Sales Field, a collection of more than 60 interviews from great sales performers.
