This week we will continue with discussing a few concepts that are important to understand in our spiritual journey. We will do so from the Hermetic perspective and also from the Shamanic standpoint.
We will explore the role of catalysts - such as challenges suffering and opposition — and how these catalysts can reveal our true desires and help us connect with our soul's calling. Catalysts give us the opportunity to refine our desires by providing contrast which can help us shift our focus to the essence of our highest desire. When we encounter a catalyst we can use it as contrast to clarify what we truly want. As Abraham Hicks said 'by experiencing what wo don't want we find out what we do want'.
The physical reality is very rich in opportunities for ego refinement and transformation which is the essence of Alchemy. We come here with the purpose of awakening and breaking the ancestor programming lineage but we can get diverted and get pulled into the karmic wheel.
We will discuss the difference between catalysts that redirect our path and a "Day 2 challenges" showing us our beliefs that need to be transformed.
Additionally we will delve into how insecure attachments formed during early childhood development may influence our work with psychedelics and impact our spiritual growth as a whole.
