About this Event
Ensuring Your Building Complies with Massachusetts’ Large Building Energy Reporting (LBER) Law
Join us for an in-person workshop for building owners and property managers to demystify compliance with Massachusetts' Large Building Energy Reporting (LBER) law. This session will walk you through LBER requirements, key reporting steps, and practical tools that make compliance easier and more efficient. Program staff will also be on-site to answer questions and provide one-on-one assistance.
In the session, you will learn about:
- Building benchmarking and how it can help your building and occupants;
- LBER’s objectives and rules;
- Where to access technical guidance and program support; and
- Next steps after you have benchmarked your building.
The session will also cover common questions and highlight utility efficiency programs and resources that can help reduce energy costs.
By the end of the session, you will have a clear plan for how you can meet the June 30th LBER reporting deadline and learn what energy cost resources are available for your building.
