'Éanna Goes Wild' with Éanna Ní Lamhna
Éanna Ní Lamhna is one of Irelands best known environmentalists and we are thrilled to have her join us to speak about local wildlife and biodiversity.
Éanna is an Irish biologist, environmental consultant, radio and television presenter, author and educator. She is one of the best-known public figures in Ireland in the area of nature and the environment.
'Enniscorthy Community Allotments' with Michael Devereux
“Herbs for Health and Treatment of Pets” with Shona Patterson
Shóna has always had a keen interest in every aspect of the natural world, and fed this curiosity by studying Herbal Medicine and Naturopathy. She carried on to qualify as a Vet from UCD in 2015 and since then she has worked in a range of clinics across Ireland and the UK covering farm and companion animal practice both in conventional, holistic and integrative clinics.
Over the last few years her flare for and connection with herbs has been re-ignited and she is currently focusing her energy on learning about, and growing Organic Medicinal herbs, and has recently completed a Diploma in Organic Medicinal Herb Growing.
She is passionate about educating and empowering animal carers to keep their animal family happy and healthy by using the plants we have around us, as well as embracing how to integrate this into Veterinary Care to enhance positive outcomes for patients.
