Teens!! Ready to unlock your body's full potential? Join us for this month's Enlightened Teen Night and explore how to feel good in your own body and take optimal care of you physical health!
This isn't your average workout. We're diving deep into the art of movement, exploring how to build a strong, flexible, and balanced movement focused lifestyle that feels amazing. Discover key movement principles that will sharpen your body awareness and set you on a path to longevity. No matter what sport your play, or how often you move, these key fundamental principles will help you for the rest of your life!

Program Overview
Conscious Nona is hosting this event, facilitated by our Non-Profit Board of Directors and local Wellness Experts. Our monthly teen meet-up aims to foster self-awareness and support authentic expression and connection. Participants will learn holistic tools to manage stress and anxiety while enhancing intuition, confidence, and emotional intelligence. This program is supported by the Lake Nona Performance Club and is held in their community Hub.
Target Audience: Teens aged 16-21 (younger teens close in age who are mature enough are welcome).
Schedule: Monthly, usually held on the last Friday of the month.
Time: 6-9:30pm
Cost: $20
Location: Inside Lake Nona Performace Club at the Community Hub on the first floor. The room is just to the right of the main desk check in.
