Event Overview
Conscious Nona is hosting this event, facilitated by our Non-Profit Board of Directors and local Wellness Experts. Our monthly teen meet-up aims to foster self-awareness and support authentic expression and connection. Participants will learn holistic tools to manage stress and anxiety while enhancing intuition, confidence, and emotional intelligence.
Target Audience: Teens aged 16-21 (younger teens close in age who are mature enough are welcome).
Schedule: Monthly, usually held on the last Friday of the month.
Time: 6-9:30pm
Cost: $20
Location: Inside Lake Nona Performace Club at the Community Hub on the first floor. The room is just to the right of the main desk check in.
