SCHEELS has partnered with Bill & Joan Clements at Responsibly Armed, LLC to offer this class. Bill & Joan are NRA & USCCA instructors.The Enhanced Permit Handgun Course teaches the techniques needed for the use of force, the basic rules for safe gun handling, conflict avoidance, principles of concealment, drawing from the holster, levels of mental awareness, developing the proper mindset when using a handgun for personal protection, clearing common malfunctions, and what to expect when dealing with law enforcement, after a violent encounter; including South Dakota codified laws relating to firearms, and use of force.
Classroom session will be in the SCHEELS training room.
