We take small to medium doses to enhance your experience. These events are not full trips. We offer therapeutic small group and 1-on-1 sessions that allow for safe, larger doses and fuller experiences if desired.

Bring a journal, yoga mat (or thicker), water, and anything else for your comfort (blanket, pillow, eye mask)
This event begins with a guided ceremony and intention setting prior to taking your dose, followed by a sound healing meditation, energetic release through movement and expressive dance, and ending with another sound bath to integrate your feelings and messages.
We encourage journaling of your experience when done, followed by sharing. Afterward, everyone is welcome to join us for dinner at one of the mall restaurants before heading home. Heal your mind. Expand your reality.
