The Arthritis Foundation along with St. Christopher's Hospital for Children and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia present Juvenile Arthritis Family Day for families of children and teens with juvenile arthritis & other childhood rheumatic diseases.Parents, kids, and teens will have a chance to connect with others and develop new friendships. Parents will get practical tips on managing their child’s diagnosis, school, and other daily challenges while connecting with others to share support. Kids and Teens will participate in fun games and activities designed to foster new friendships and discuss managing their diagnosis with friends, family, and at school.
$10 per family. Parents, caregivers, and siblings are welcome to attend. Pre-registration is required.
Scholarships and SEPTA Transit passes are available upon request. To receive a complimentary SEPTA pass, participants must register by Wednesday, October 1st for mailing purposes.
