In this English Paper Piecing (EPP) workshop led by textile artist Liane Ging, you will learn the traditional technique of folding fabric over paper templates and hand sewing them together. You will discover how to cut, glue, and sew pieces to create a beautiful six-pointed star to take home at the end of the session.- All materials are provided for your convenience- Ideal for beginners wanting to explore the world of quilting.
Throughout the workshop, you will have the opportunity to delve into different colours and patterns, unlocking the endless possibilities this technique offers for your quilting creations. The relaxing and creative environment will make you feel inspired, and the hands-on experience will boost your confidence in this craft.
By the end of the session, you will not only have learned the art of English Paper Piecing but will also have your very own handmade star to showcase your new skills. Remember, refreshments will be available; however, if you have any specific dietary requirements, it's best to bring your own.
