This is a mini-group (maximum 5 students) speaking and listening course for professional adults who want to build confidence, improve spoken fluency and develop active listening skills in English.Learn to communicate effectively across cultures and in a range of general and workplace situations, from meetings and small talk to presentations and problem-solving.

Course Profile: Group course
Reflecting real world and workplace multi-level communication scenarios, learn how to communicate effectively across cultures and differing levels of English.
Please note this is a multi-level course for B1 to C1 participants.
We believe that working in a multi-level group is the best way to practise for real-world work situations, you can't choose the English level of your client or colleague!
What to expect:
Practise your conversation and communication skills, including; turn-taking, interaction patterns, listening habits, and small talk
Carry out discussion, problem-solving, and presentation tasks around workplace topics and scenarios
Learn about cross-cultural theory and how your cultural characteristics are different from those of other nationalities and how this affects communication
Discuss customs and traditions in a workplace context and what we can learn from cultural stereotypes
Fine tune your listening skills using a variety of authentic listening resources
Receive corrective feedback on your English language skills to help improve your fluency and accuracy
