Monthly English dances in 2026 will be on 1st Sundays (except will be on 7/12 & 10/11)A donation of $10-20 per adult is suggested for our bigger weekend dances, but all are welcome regardless of contribution. Lineup and schedule are subject to change. We hope to see you soon!

Dances started by Marguerite Butler Bidstrup (1892-1982) who learned from Cecil Sharp in England. Come feel the warmth in the walls of a nearly 100 year-old tradition of English Country Dancing at the Folk School. If it is your first-time trying English country dancing, be on time for simple walkthroughs and instruction on the easier dances. All dances are taught.
