Stand up comedy in English in Joensuu? Oh yeah, we've got you covered! You're more than welcome to join the English stand up night on the 11th of April (Saturday) in Mayhem night club (Koskikatu 5). The first English Stand Up Nights have all gathered hundreds of comedy fans to join the audience and laugh with the comedians. 💃🌟🎤 You don't want to miss this event, as it is the best (and only 😏) comedy club in Joensuu where you get to hear stand up comedy in English language 😅The English nights are open mic club nights, which means that the comedians build up and practice new jokes or get up on the stage for the first time. The venue is a pub / night club and fits approximately 80 people in the audience. The price to join the show depends on where and when you buy the ticket:
🎫 In advance: 9€ - In advance tickets can be bought in the webshop up until the event day.
🎫 At the door: 12€ - If there are any tickets left, they will be sold at the door for 12€.

MC Karim Aldulaimi Sharp humor, everyday comedic situations, and life between two cultures. Karim's performances bring together Eastern and Western worlds in an insightful and witty way, ranging from relaxed improvisation to cultural differences and the peculiar wonders of being Finnish. His shows offer engaging stories that sweep the audience along and leave them laughing their eyes out.
Jason DeBose Helsinki based comedian and photographer, originally from the United States. Second time having fun at Comedy Mayhem club.
Rosa Helin Rosa Helin, 33, Helsinki. There’s truth in every joke. Fair warning: dark humor may occur. It’s Rosa's defense mechanism, a hobby, and occasionally a red flag. Complaints accepted. Refunds denied.
Olli Petteri Olli comes from Helsinki and studies sociology, which makes him a perfect stand up comedian. He also explores family relations, dating and the male body in his comedy.
Joona Kotilainen This almost 2-meter tall comedian and a nerd brings something new to every gig. It might be statistics, it might be folded papers, a song or a talking robot. You'll never know in advance! He also is the producer of the Comedy Mayhem stand up club, so he's always there even if he wouldn't be on the stage.
