Construction hasn’t evolved in centuries– until now!
Large-scale 3D concrete printing presents
distinct engineering challenges that span
mechanical system design, materials science, software integration and structural
construction methodology.
Drawing on applied engineering experience,
this presentation will explore the design of
specialised printing equipment, including
motion systems, control software, vision and sensing integration, and the formulation of cementitious materials suitable for controlled extrusion and structural performance.
