Jerome Deroy is CEO of Narativ, a global storytelling training firm he has led since 2008. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies including Prudential, Cigna, Johnson & Johnson, and Capital One, as well as nonprofit leaders like UNICEF, to improve onboarding, leadership development, and employee engagement. Jerome also teaches storytelling at Cornell University’s MBA programs in healthcare, Columbia University, Parsons School of Design, and the UNM Continuing Education. He helps leaders align strategy, culture, and communication to drive measurable business results.
