Healing isn't always zen & quiet!The class begins by inviting you to connect inward and tap into your primal feminine energy! Allow those "big and heavy" feelings of rage, frustration, anger, grief, loneliness, and more to come forward and be powerfully released through intentional yoga poses and vocal expression! (Yelling and swearing encouraged!)
We then embrace the gentler feminine energy as we shift focus to self-love, permission, validation, and confidence through somatic movement, affirmations, and meditative space.
This class welcomes a journey through ALL of your incredible feminine energy and power, letting them take center stage within yourself to gain awareness, healing, and positive release.
