About this Event
Join us for an energy: reset and recharge class! A healing and restorative class intended to reset and recharge your chakra energy system through the medicine of Reiki. Refuel and come back into a deeper state of balance and harmony within!
To begin we will work with sacred aromatherapy, connecting to beautiful plant allies that will assist us with cleansing away negative energies and assisting us with opening up the sacred space for healing.
Next we will engage in a short mantra meditation/chanting. Chanting is an ancient spiritual practice, in which rhythmical repetitions of sacred words or phrases serve to shift our consciousness to align with our true nature.
The main body of the class will encompass a guided group Reiki healing. Reiki healing is a holistic approach to wellness that focuses on balancing and aligning the body's chakras to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When the chakras are open and balanced energy can flow freely through the body, resulting in optimal health and vitality. Reiki assists with imbalances or blockages in the chakras by clearing stagnant energy and restoring the natural flow of energy within the body.
