Energy Into Form is a guided experience that blends meditation, tarot symbolism, reflective writing, and intuitive art, inviting participants to slow down, connect with their inner energy, and transform that inspiration into a creative object they can take home.
Led by Maru Medio (career coach and tarot reader) and Pepi Ricci (artist and photographer), this thoughtfully curated gathering invites you to explore reflection and self-expression in a relaxed, welcoming environment—very much in the spirit of Flor.
Throughout the evening, you’ll move through a gentle sequence of experiences designed to help you tune in, reflect, and create:
• Grounding breathwork and guided meditation
• Tarot card selection and symbolic interpretation
• Oracle card expansion to deepen the message
• Guided journaling prompts for reflection
• An intuitive art moment where you transform your insights into a personal object (such as a tote bag, small canvas, or similar creative piece)
No artistic experience is required—this is about expression, symbolism, and curiosity, not technical skill.
As always at Flor, we’ll keep the atmosphere warm and relaxed with our usual offerings of empanadas, a glass of wine, and something sweet to finish the evening.
