🥋 Tai Chi & Qigong with Master Benjamin of — We’ll open with a 30-minute introduction to the ancient arts of Tai Chi and Qigong. These gentle, flowing practices cultivate life force energy (qi), calm the nervous system, and bring your body and mind into beautiful harmony.
🌬️ Breathwork & Yoga with Leona Douglass of — From there, we'll guide you through breathwork and yoga to deepen the energy awakened through movement, helping you release what’s been stored and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.
